Donald Trump wants to build a film production studio in Miami-Dade County. The Haute 100 Miami lister’s ideas along with the respective architectural renderings to the palm-lined boulevard project were presented yesterday to the county commissioners by County Commission Chairman, Joe Martinez.
The architectural designs show several connected plazas with production stages ranging from 20,000 to 250,000 square feet “twice the size of Universal Studios,” said Trump’s legal counsel, Michael Cohen.
“The Trump Studio City” which would be located near the Homestead Air base would bring in “millions of dollars in revenue to the city and thousands of new jobs,” explained Cohen.
