While the Lakers were successful in beating the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday night, Kobe Bryant and Derek Fisher still wanted to have a sit-down with their teammates.
ESPN reports that the duo wanted to create a positive atmosphere for the remaining half of the season, in which the Lakers will soon go head to head against the Dallas Mavericks and the Oklahoma City Thunder. The chat comes amidst a time where trade rumors are running rampant, so it seems Bryant and Fisher wanted to call attention to what’s most important: the teamwork of all 14 players.
