As if Miami needed any more reason to celebrate, the upcoming Cinco de Mayo fiestas will be taking the city by storm from haute bars and eateries in Brickell to Miami Beach and more. Whether you’re looking to cool down with some Margaritas, indulge in your taco cravings or looking to party, the Miami haute spots have prepared for it all. Here’s a look at some of the best fiestas in the city, and what to order when you get there:

To celebrate the holiday in the most authentically Mexican style, head to Cantina La Veinte for incredible food and drink specials in an atmosphere that can’t be beat—from mariachi bands to countless Mexican Margaritas, you’ll forget you’re even in Miami. The party doesn’t stop there, at 5 p.m. join Bodega for its 2nd Annual Taco Eating Contest and enter a chance to win a staycation at the Mondrian South Beach with poolside cabana and spa treatment. Tacology is celebrating Cinco de Mayo in true Mexican fashion, starting at 5 p.m. The Brickell City Centre dining destination is the perfect place to start your night, where guests will receive complimentary shots by Maestro Dobel upon their arrival. Guests can capture their favorite memories of the night with a photo booth and dance the night away to music by DJ Umber Bandi Ville and a special live musician.

SWEET LIBERTY DRINKS & SUPPLY CO.

The acclaimed neighborhood bar, Sweet Liberty Drinks & Supply Co. is hosting a Cinco de Mayo Party with a Tijuana Donkey Show—a colorful celebration of Mexico’s entertainment, food, and drink culture with real live donkeys! Sweet Liberty is also partnering with El Tosoro Tequila to bring guests top-grade handcrafted margaritas, palomas, and other tequila infused cocktails that will be specially priced at $7 all evening long. Additionally, a special performance by Grammy winner Jorge Moreno and his band will take residence inside the local’s hotspot.

In honor of the commemorative holiday, the modern organic Mexican restaurant, Tocaya, will be serving up amazing drink specials you can’t beat anywhere else. Available from 11:00am – midnight, guests can choose from a selection of $5 Cervezas, $7 Margaritas, and 2 for $10 Casamigos Watermelon Shots. Guests can also indulge in Tocaya’s delectable food menu with offerings including burritos, tacos, salads and more—and of course, plenty of tequila!

LOLO’S

The beachside restaurant, Lolo’s Surf Cantina, invites guests to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with $7 cocktails all day long that feature authentic recipes such as their margaritas de la casa, palomas, Mexican mules, sangrías and complimentary margarita samples. Pair your drinks with deliciously shareable dishes including crispy pork quesadillas, duck confit tacos, a lavish prawn platter and much more. The fiesta will also feature two piñatas both adults and children can enjoy — one filled with candy and one with free drink cards.
