Nobu Hospitality continues to catch attention as one of the best emerging destination lifestyle companies as Chef Nobu, Academy award-winner Robert DeNiro and Hollywood producer Meir Teper prepare to open the Nobu Hotel at the renowned Eden Roc Miami Beach this August.

Eden Roc will be the second hotel to be under the Nobu Hospitality brand, following the 2013 opening of a boutique hotel at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. Similar to Caesars Palace, Eden Roc’s Nobu Hotel will represent a balance of the same key principles as Nobu restaurants: luxury, fun, craft and theater.
The new hotel will feature 210 guest rooms; the world’s largest Nobu restaurant and bar; an additional new beachfront restaurant concept; new banquet and catering menus; unique in-room dining offerings; 20,000 square feet of spa and fitness facilities; over 70,000 square feet of re-energized and stylish meeting and event space; and two luxurious pools.
David Rockwell of the Rockwell Group is leading the design of the Nobu Hotel’s interiors, ensuring that some of the Morris Lapidus characteristics of the Eden Roc are preserved. Rockwell’s envisions the Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc Miami Beach to fuse lush and natural materials with contemporary style in a modern setting with elegant touches with inspiration drawn from both Japan and Miami’s beach location.
The art of fusion is a core thread of the Nobu brand and one that will be used throughout the project, adding layers of Nobu’s lively, fun and luxurious aesthetic while paying homage to Eden Roc’s classic heritage.
