Boasting 27hp more horsepower than its predecessor, as well as increased fuel economy, the updated 2015 Mercedes-Benz SL 400 is an efficient yet luxurious replacement for the range’s SL 350.
The deluxe two-seat convertible roadster features a twin turbo V6 engine with 333hp (compared to the 350’s 306hp). That engine takes the SL 400 from zero to 60 in just 5.2 seconds, with a top speed of 155 miles per hour and average fuel consumption of about 32 miles per gallon.
Other upgrades from the SL 350 include the impressive Frontbass audio system and innovative Magic Vision Control smart windshield wiper system, which both come standard.
The SL 400 is expected to arrive stateside this fall.
