SF Cocktail of the Week: La Mar’s Prickly Pear Margarita
There is little in life a good margarita can’t cure. If the rain has got you down, why not take a trip to sunnier climates by experiencing the sensational Peruvian cuisine at the Embarcadero restaurant, La Mar? La Mar’s Prickly Pear Margarita
1.5 oz tequila
1/2 oz prickly pear puree
1/2 oz agave nectar
1 oz fresh-squeeze lime juice
Combine all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Double strain and pour into glass garnished with salt and filled with ice. Enjoy.
