Celebrity Spotting: Zac Brown Band Dines at Andrea’s
The Zac Brown Band, in town for a show on Saturday night, dined at Andrea’s at Encore Las Vegas. The Grammy-winning group and friends shared executive chef Joseph Elevado’s shishito peppers, hamachi sundachi, crispy tuna, Wagyu beef tataki, specialty sushi rolls including shrimp tempura and fried burdock, Wagyu beef and lobster, New York strip steaks, miso black cod, smokey salmon, veggie fried rice, asparagus, smashed potatoes and ice cream towers.
Frontman Zac Brown, a foodie himself known to cook fantastic Southern meals, joined chef Elevado in Andrea’s kitchen to pay his compliments to the chef and talk food.
