Haute Scene : Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s Dolce Brunch and Tribute Dinner

Christophe Navarre, CEO of Moët Hennessy, shared the spotlight with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa at the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s Tribute Dinner. Navarre was acknowledged for his achievements building the company’s world leadership in the cognac, champagne and premium spirits industries. The next day, former tribute dinner honoree and one of America’s leading culinary figures, Daniel Boulud, hosted the Dolce Brunch at db Bistro. The menu will offer a mix of French fare and Dolce Wine, known as “liquid gold.”
