La Costa’s Mediterranean Spa Journey

The La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, CA has re-designed their award-winning spa.  The Spa at La Costa was recently named the #1 Resort Spa in Southern California by Spa Magazine, and #4 Spa in North America by Travel + Leisure.

The Spa is currently offering a 15% discount on their Mediterranean Spa Journey until July 24, 2011. Guests can enjoy treatments infused with wild sage, lavender and rosemary meant to purify and calm the skin.

The journey starts with a sage body polish, followed by a massage with a luxurious cream made of shea butter and Spanish herbs.  Guests will then enveloped in a layer of warmth and moisture infused Mediterranean flowers, and be treated to a signature hair and scalp treatment using organic lavender, pink grapefruit and kukui nut scented oils.

Every Thursday from 3-8pm patrons can enjoy Spa Under the Stars, a happy hour with live music, appetizers and Spa Bellinis.
