Beer for Breakfast: Celebrate Father’s Day with a Beer Brunch at MOzen, Guinness Gelato at Amore
If you still haven’t made plans with dad for Father’s Day, it might be time to check out a little treasure at Mandarin Oriental at CityCenter. MOzen Bistro can help you get dad a wee bit punchy with limitless ale at its Father’s Day brunch at MOzen Bistro.
Chef Shawn Armstrong has put on his brewmaster hat to create a lineup of internationally inspired dishes for the entire family to enjoy this Father’s Day. The special menu will be served from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. today and includes an assortment of limitless passed items as well as a main course, dessert and cheese buffet. In celebration, fathers will receive their choice of an array of free-flowing international beers when they order the brunch.
Passed items include a variety of sushi and sashimi, prepared fresh to order; fresh shucked oysters with Champagne mignonette and Thai chili sauce; “72” Kobe short ribs with smoked chili potato salad and chimi curri; curried Alaskan crab salad with mango and apple gelee; Boston lobster and pomelo salad with coconut and fried shallots; and Thai chicken lettuce wraps.
Delicious main courses include roasted duck Thai red curry with pineapple and fragrant rice; eggs Benedict with black forest ham and truffle hollandaise on a toasted English muffin; croque madame with serrano ham and Gruyere finished with mornay; and free-style eggs with pork sausage, smoked applewood bacon and skillet potato hash.
This special Father’s Day Brunch is priced at $62 per person. For reservations, call 702.590.8882.
