Designed by OMA and Rem Khoolaas, Park Grove is one of Coconut Grove’s most ambitious residential complex to date. Composed of three towers, the development will occupy more than 5 acres of prime oceanfront land, boast 260 residential units, acres of Enzo Enea-designed private gardens, and interiors by Meyer Davis. An architectural masterpiece, Park Grove will also offer 80,000 sq. ft. of luxurious amenities, including a 28-seat screening room, indoor and outdoor yoga dens, a wine tasting room, and 500 sq. ft. of bayfront swimming pools. The project will be move-in ready next year.
