A Sneak Peek Inside Bagatelle Miami Beach

Bagatelle -
Bagatelle in Miami Beach

Ladies and gentlemen, the wait is over. Bagatelle is finally ready to open on Miami Beach with a space so chic, it hurts. The international phenom which locations in New York, Sao Paulo, St. Barths, St. Tropez and Los Angeles, has become famous for spraying patrons with top-shelf bubbly at all hours of the day—especially at Sunday brunch in the Big Apple.

Housed in the former Boulan Hotel, which going forward will be dubbed Villa Bagatelle Miami, and present a complete lifestyle destination for discerning patrons. Known for a jetset crowd and a lively atmosphere, Bagatelle has a similarly international menu. Miami’s location will be helmed by Matthieu Godard and serve up the restaurants signature dishes like tartare de thon Bagaelle, gamas au pastis, poulet entier roti a la truffle and more. In case you aren’t up on your French, that’s ahi tuna tartar, jumbo prawns with wise liqueur and while truffled roasted chicken.

The restaurant’s owners, Aymeric Clemente and Remi Laba, chose Celano Design to create its stunning interiors. The space definitely has an upscale, European feel with creamy and warm tones accented by crystal chandeliers, fresh flowers and brightly colored pop art curated by Opera Gallery, who serves as their global art curator. We’re sure that this edition of Bagatelle will resonate as much it’s other locales… if not more so. After all, Miami Beach is about as Francophile as cities get.
