The Stars Come Out for the Opening of Mercadito
Thursday night, the new Mercadito at Red Rock Resort celebrated its official grand opening. Guests enjoyed specialty cocktails and a selection of the restaurant’s signature ceviches, guacamoles and of course, tacos.
Guests included Olympic figure skater Oksana Baiul, Pia Zadora, former Sen. Richard Bryan, The Voice’s Jared Blake, BMX pro Ricardo Laguna, rocker Franky Perez, Chris Phillips of Zowie Bowie and brothers and partners Alfredo and Patricio Sandoval.
On Wednesday night, Carrot Top stopped by to dine at Mercadito, which is already becoming a Westside hotspot in the short time it’s been open.
