Anthony Bourdain To Open Large-Scale Food Market in Manhattan

Anthony Bourdain is bringing his culinary creations to the streets of NYC! The chef turned television personality recently signed a deal to open a large-scale food market in Manhattan that will showcase his passion for international street food.

According to Page Six, Bourdain is partnering with New York entrepreneur Stephen Werther on the upcoming market, which will highlight international cuisines plus give up-and-coming chefs the chance to “strut their stuff.”

“We are ready to go with the concept, so we are going to be doing some very cool and unexpected pop-ups between now and the opening… showcasing different parts of what will be incorporated into the final big market,” Werther told the publication. “I am a huge foodie, so you can only imagine how much fun this project is to work on.”
