One of the most recognizable homes on Hillcrest Road in Beverly Hills reportedly belongs to the youngest son of the late King Fahd, Abdul Aziz bin Fahd. Commonly referred to as “the Pyramid House,” the five bedroom, ten bathroom estate may be getting a total makeover.
The home currently comes with five bedrooms, ten bathrooms, glass walls and skylights, a 120 ft pool, projection room, atrium and private pyramid floating in a glowing pond, but according to recent reports, “the Pyramid house” may soon undergo major renovations, though details remain scarce. Records show that the home was originally listed in 2010 for $18.9 million, but later was purchased for a lower price of $17.5 million. The home features 11,000 square feet of living space, sits on 0.89 acres of land and is located in the Hillcrest Road area of Beverly Hills.
