Haute 100 NY Update: Beyonce Pulls Out Of Clint Eastwood’s “A Star Is Born”
Beyonce has maintained an exhausting schedule for years, but with reports saying she’s withdrawn from the lead female role in Clint Eastwood’s (third) remake of A Star is Born, it seems she might have reached a breaking point. The versatile superstar was slated to inherit the role played by Barbara Streisand in the 1976 version of the frequently recycled flick about a young entertainer falling for an over-the hill male star (played in ’76 by Kris Kristofferson).
