Rihanna’s $5,000 24-Karat Gold Grammy Nail Polish

Pop star Rihanna stunned everyone at the Grammy awards last weekend with her gorgeous plunging Emporio Armani dress and glittering, gold nails. The polish was a limited edition $5,000, 24-karat gold “Amor 24” by Red Carpet Manicure.

Known to turn heads when she walks down any red carpet, Rihanna stole the show at the 2012 Grammy award ceremony on February 12. She co-designed her Emporio Armani black dress and matched it with perfectly manicured 24-karat gold nail polish, with tiny dollar signs added for good measure.  Called “Amor 24,” the limited edition gold polish is by at-home gel manicure company Red Carpet Manicure and retails for $5,000.

Reports indicate that a few limited edition bottles of the actual varnish will go to charity auction before a more affordable version is available for $9.99 on RedCarpetManicure.com.

Other stars recently spotted with gold nail polish include Madonna, Katie Holmes and Blake Lively.
