Chef Andrea Cavaliere Presents Art Tasting Event

Guests at Monday night’s “Art Tasting” event were treated to an incredible and innovative experience that literally blended the culinary world with iconic artwork. Renowned chef, Andrea Cavaliere hosted a truly one-of-a-kind celebration as she chose several legendary artistic pieces from various art galleries in The Avenues district in West Hollywood as inspirations for each course she presented to diners.

Artworks from Andy Warhol, Fernando Botero, Laddie John Dill, Damien Hirst, Helen Lundeberg, and Andre Masson, were all taken from their canvasses and recreated into delicious cuisines. Curators from the local galleries and LACMA made presentations about the artwork and sommelier Stacie Hunt from Du Vin Wine & Spirits hand picked the wine pairings. All proceeds benefited The Avenues district in West Hollywood and LACMA Muse.
