Silence Is Golden With The Numarine 32XP Marla

Numarine has delivered its first hull from the 32 meter series while an additional two are under construction, and with such progress, the start of the XP line looks promising. This Turkish based shipyard uses strong local naval manufacturing traditions in combination with international architects and designers. The headline news on the 32XP line is its extensive use of noise reduction technology.

Numarine’s longstanding partner Silent Line, run by Sjaak van Cappellen, developed and installed the solutions to provide the right ambiance of comfort level. The use of such technologies is usually found on much larger yachts, whereas this 300GT vessel is amongst the world’s first of this size. The level of comfort on board is spectacular as attention has been paid to reduce the level of noise and vibration using modern technologies. In order to accomplish this, the cabins have been disconnected from the yacht’s main structure. Therefore, the owner can sleep well and is unaware when Marla is running and even when Marla is running, the noise level on board does not exceed 45 decibels.

She accommodates up to 12 guests and is ready for long cruises thanks to her proven hull and ample storage facilities. Both the yacht’s exterior and interior have been penned by Can Yalman. Like all Numarines, the interior of the 32XP has been fully customized to reflect the owner’s preferences in terms of layout, design, fabrics and materials with various marbles, woods, leather and brass throughout. Comfy furniture, objects and textiles are provided by leading companies, such as Missoni Home, B&B Italia and Tom Dixon. Important and not to underestimate, the captain can run this ship without the help of an engineer.

A 2.5 Tone crane can handle several toys out and into the water from a spacious deck. The later will, while navigating, fit a spectacular 9-meter Rib tender from Greek brand Technohull, famous for its one-of-a-kind velocity and two jets-skis.
