Pelli’s legacy in Miami began in 2006 after designing the famed Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. The glass encased, 60-story high Residences by Armani/Casa marks his second project in the city, and hallmarks Miami’s most iconic partnership in real estate development history as fashion mogul Giorgio Armani will be the artistic director behind the building’s interiors.

The Residences boasts private elevators, floor-to-ceiling windows, and breathtaking ocean views, together with a private restaurant and bar, state of the art Turkish spa, and an Armani Privé lounge exclusive to residents.
