Pelli’s legacy in Miami began in 2006 after designing the famed Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. The glass encased, 60-story high Residences by Armani/Casa marks his second project in the city, and hallmarks Miami’s most iconic partnership in real estate development history as fashion mogul Giorgio Armani will be the artistic director behind the building’s interiors.
