Chef and event planner Linnea Johansson has been throwing parties for some of the biggest names in show business including Jennifer Lopez, Justin Timberlake, Sarah Jessica Parker, Sean Combs, Sienna Miller and Julianne Moore. She is the author of "Perfect Parties: Tips and Advice from a New York Party Planner" (Skyhorse Publishing) in the United States, which was awarded Best First Cookbook from the Swedish Gourmand World Cookbook Award.

Trumpet savant Chris Botti returns to the Orange County Performing Arts Center for a one-night concert event that will show audiences why he's the master of genre-bending music. Garnering critical acclaim and legions of loyal fans, he'll take the stage Jan. 8 and mesmerize in signature Botti style.

ABC Family stars got into the holiday spirit and headed to Rockefeller Center Sunday. They gathered to celebrate the 25 Days of Christmas, which kicked off on Dec. 1. The cable channel will be airing holiday favorites like “Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas,” as well as the Harry Potter movies. Celebs in attendance included Molly Ringwald, Shallene Wooley, Matt Dallas, Christina Milian and Ashley Benson.

On Wednesday, Dec. 1, The Wolfsonian-FIU hosted “The Arts of Seduction,” an exclusive gala benefit as a part of Art Basel. Guests joined the legendary Isabella Rossellini and Margrit Mondavi at the museum for an intimate dinner featuring the cuisine of renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and the rare wines of Robert Mondavi Winery to celebrate Rossellini’s art exhibit “Seduce Me.”

The Napa Valley Vintners association recently launched a brand new Web site, PremiereNapaWines.com. The non-profit organization is dedicated to promoting and protecting the vineyards of the Napa Valley.

On November 18, 2010, guests gathered at the Prada store in San Francisco’s Union Square to do some early holiday shopping to support a great cause.
