Rihanna’s Former Beverly Crest Home Listed for $9,950,000

Located in Beverly Crest, just minutes from Trousdale Estates, Rihanna’s former contemporary home has been listed for $9,950,000. After purchasing the home in 2009, Rihanna abruptly sold it in 2011 for $5.03 million following complications and lawsuits related to waterlogging.
When Rihanna purchased the home in 2009 from developers who just completed a full remodel, it wasn’t long before the singer was facing extreme waterlogging problems, which resulted in numerous lawsuits. She quickly offloaded the home for a loss at $5.03 million and now the property has hit the market again for nearly double what Rihanna sold it for.
Featuring seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a home theater, a pool and a spa, the home is situated on one of the finest promontories available with expansive 270-degree views of Los Angeles. The gated and secluded estate has more than 8,500 square feet of living space with an open floor plan and 35-foot wood ceilings creating a seamless floor to the outdoors. There is also a large chef’s kitchen with dual islands, espresso cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
