20 Chefs Help the March of Dimes with Signature Chefs of Las Vegas


Help out a good cause while you dine with 20 chefs when the March of Dimes holds its 13th annual Signature Chefs of Las Vegas. Kerry Simon, executive chef of Simon at Palms Place, hosts this night that starts at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 16 at the Palms.

Chefs participating this year include a nice mix of local and Strip restaurants. Chefs participating include Yuji Abinles and Kurt Ushiroda of Little Buddha, Geno Bernardo of Nove Italiano, Arnauld Briand of Ventano Italian Grill & Seafood, Todd Clore of Todd’s Unique Dining, Barry Dakake of N9NE Steakhouse, Jason Damato of House of Blues and the Foundation Room, Mimmo Ferraro of Mimmo Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant, Roberto Hernandez of Dos Caminos, Jason Hrach and Ken Simpson of Sedona Restaurant, Rodulfo Janeo Jr. of Ventano Italian Grill & Seafood, Michael and Wendy Jordan of Rosemary’s Restaurant, Brian Massie of Union Restaurant, Tom Moloney of AquaKnox, Luciano Pellegrini of Valentino, Linda Rodriguez of Hachi, Megan Romano of Aureole, Ryan Ross of Roy’s Restaurant and Joel Versola of Nobu.

The evening starts with cocktails and a silent auction from 5:30 to 7 p.m. followed by chef samplings, a wine pairing and live auction from 7 to 10 p.m.

Signature Chefs of Las Vegas combines the fine cuisine and the elegance of select wines with the fun of exciting performers and entertainment.

Proceeds from this event fund research to develop new treatments for birth defects and infant health problems. In addition, it provides support for perinatal education and programs to educate families about lifestyle choices resulting in healthier babies.
