The most expensive apartment project in Chennai will see that each flat at the ‘Christened The Art’ project be priced at whopping $1,735,000. The location isn’t what demands such a high amount, it’s because of what’s going into the making of it. This limited-edition super luxury residential complex will have its foyer encrusted with diamonds, precious stones, and pearls. Promoted by Vijay Shanthi Builders, the first reported proud owner of one of the four flats is PepsiCo’s CEO Indira Nooyi.
