Introducing the Bugatti Galibier 16C

Extremely exclusive car fanatics take note: The ultimate in sexy, powerful, and luxurious cars has just been informally introduced to the world of all things beautiful. The Bugatti Galibier 16C is the latest deluxe concept to come out of Bugatti’s long line of luxury cars, and it certainly is making quite an entrance in preparation for its debut.

Built from carbon fiber, this spectacular 4-door coupe from the Molsheim-based manufacturer features an 8-pipe exhaust system, a W16 engine located in the front of the vehicle, and is said to weigh approximately 4180 pounds. The car measures roughly 17 feet in length and with a top speed of 218 mph, this impressively slick car does not need a second key to reach its maximum speed like its predecessor, the 2-door coupe.

The bad news is, however, you won’t be able to get your hands on one these little tastes of heaven for a while. The debut of the car remains unknown, and since Bugatti will not be present at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show, don’t expect to see it there either.

Despite this, Bugatti intends this automobile to be the most exclusive, elegant, and powerful 4-door car in the world and the current president of Bugatti, Dr. Ing Franz-Josef Paefgen, has emphasized that the Galibier 16C is one of “several concept studies with which the company is considering for the future of the Bugatti brand.”

The name, Galibier, is derived from a mountain pass located near Grenoble in the southern region of the French Dauphiné Alps.
