Join The World’s Best Chefs For A Night Of Culinary Excellence At Once Upon A Kitchen

New York City is welcoming the best chefs in the business for an incredible culinary experience this December to Gotham Hall. Join Massimo Bottura, Joan Roca, Mauro Colagreco and Christina Tosi as they come together to create an exceptional multi-course gastronomic dinner featuring their signature dishes from their respective restaurant properties: Osteria Francescana, El Celler de Can Roca, Mirazur and Milk Bar and will culminate with one surprise interpretive dish.

Chefs Bottura, Roca, and Colagreco are currently sitting at number 1, 2 and 3 in the ranking of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018. Chef Tosi is an internationally recognized pastry chef and has recently been featured in an episode of hit Netflix series, Chef’s Table: Pastry.

Chef Mauro Colagreco told Haute Living, “I feel very honored to be a part of this event and to be a part of something so exciting. Even though I have traveled to many countries and cities, New York always stands out. I love New York because it’s so lively and the city is a landmark in itself. It truly is one of a kind, and I’m sure this event will be too!”

Once Upon A Kitchen is brought to the city by GR8, an international team of creative professionals dedicated to designing and customizing the most exclusive experiences the world has to offer. Being able to taste any of these chefs’ dishes would typically require a trip to Italy, France or Spain and never could one have the privilege of tasting all of these chefs’ magnificent creations and dishes in one sitting until now. GR8 brings to life a first-ever collaboration amongst the top chefs of our time through a fine dining sensory experience sure to send your tastebuds soaring.

“It’s gonna be a jam session, mixing our styles, a very unique and interesting experience, both for guests and for ourselves. It’s going to be something historic,” exclaims Chef Joan Roca.

The event, which takes place on Wednesday, December 5, will benefit God’s Love We Deliver, the NYC metropolitan area’s leading provider of nutritious and individualized meals to those who are too ill to shop and cook for themselves. The foundation creates and provides over 7,000 meals each weekday, delivering them to those with life-altering illnesses across all five New York City boroughs, Westchester and Nassau Counties, and Hudson County, New Jersey.

“If you live an incredible moment of happiness, that happiness is much deeper and bigger if you share it with others,” pronounced Chef Massimo Bottura.
