This modern-American seafood and steak-centric restaurant by Cameron Mitchell is offering a special Pemaquid Oyster,also known as the“Cadillac of Oysters”availableat Beverly Hills and all locations. From the deep waters of Damariscotta River, Maine. Pemaquid Oysters are harvested from a point where the river meets the Atlantic Ocean. Pemaquid Oysters have plump, very firm meat which is mildly sweet with a clean, lemon zest flavor and solid brininess.
