In an effort focus on his well being he has decided to part ways with his portfolio of properties so he can enjoy his “last five years” without the $174,815,000 worth of time-consuming assets that kept him from family time and getting healthy.
This $100 million purchase price includes Mallah’s home, boat, car collection, apartments, hotels, restaurants, personnel, and an immediate on-paper profit of $75 million. The toys include a new Florida home and pair of Rolls-Royce Phantoms which would simply be an additional win for any multi-millionaire looking to expand their real estate horizons.
