Design couple Brett Sugerman and Giselle Loor of b + g design inc. are the creative minds behind five of the St. Regis Bal Harbour’s residential units. With prices starting at $1.9 million, the units range from 1,700 to 3,600-square-feet and each are outfitted with furnishings by brands such as Alexander McQueen, Missoni and Emilio Pucci.
With each residence unique from the other, the concept behind b + g’s design was to create “individual works of art.” And that they did. “Each are unique and bear our own personal touch,” explains Giselle.
With the newly-developed St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort already garnering widespread attention, b + g design’s first-class contribution is sure to attract even more buyers. Bal Harbour Mayor Jean Rosenfield adds, “I’ve lived here 50 years and while things have been nice, they have not been spectacular. This is spectacular. You have to see it to believe it, touring this project is truly an experience.” We couldn’t agree more.
