Industry folk: The South Beach Wine & Food Festival officially ends on Sunday, Feb. 27, but that doesn’t mean the party has to stop. Light hors d’oeuvres and cocktails by Bombay Sapphire will be served and entertainment will be provided by DJ Jean Marc of Hakkasan.
