This December sees the launch of Aman Pilates, a program encompassing the highest level of instruction in Pilates and Gyrotonic physical fitness systems, in consultation with Ivana Daniell, an internationally-recognized instructor with over 20 years of experience in Pilates and Movement Therapy. The program will debut at Amanpuri-Aman’s flagship property in Phuket, and a Pilates Focus will follow shortly at Aman at Summer Palace, Beijing.
