Out of the Humidor: Avo Limited Edition 2010
Since 2001, with the launch of the AVO 75th Anniversary, Avo Uvezian has been producing an annual limited edition cigar to celebrate his birthday each March 22nd. Genesis Awards: Honoring the Best Coverage of Animal Protection Advocates in the Media
Saturday March 20 marked the 24th annual Genesis Awards, the Humane Society’s once a year bash at the Beverly Hilton. As the only presentation of its kind, the Genesis Awards honors the news and entertainment media for raising awareness of animal protection issues. This year’s event featured actress Kristen Bell and actor Michael Vartan introducing a special tribute to dogs, but it was a banner night for dolphins and big cats.
