Las Vegas is a haven for fine food and entertainment, so when you put those two things together you’re in for a fantastic night. Several hotels on the Las Vegas Strip offer fabulous dinner and show packages. Here are three of the swankiest spots where the fun doesn’t stop at dessert.
Caesars Palace
You might want to think of this as the dinner and sinner package. Combining upscale comfort food at Searsucker Las Vegas with the eclectic adults-only revue Absinthe by Spiegelworld, this two-in-one special is available seven days a week at Caesars Palace, starting at $149 per person.

The evening starts with a comfortable three-course meal at Searsucker, a restaurant brand conceptualized by “Top Chef” alum Brian Malarkey. Like its venues in Texas and California, the Las Vegas location at Caesars Palace offers delectable cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Executive chef Stephen LaSala created the dinner and show package menu, which includes one appetizer (yellowtail crudo, tomato and burrata, shishitos or pig ears), one entrée (brick chicken, scallops, pasta or Chef LaSala’s ricotta and roasted cauliflower steak) and dessert, plus an Absinthe-inspired Russian Acrobat Mule, featuring floral gin and ginger beer, served in a copper take-away mug.

Your fun continues inside the red and white Spiegeltent at Caesars Palace with a reserved seating-level ticket to the wild and outlandish circus variety show Absinthe, which recently celebrated its seventh anniversary. In fact, May 7 was officially declared “Absinthe Day” and the Las Vegas Strip was temporarily renamed “Gazillionaire Blvd” to honor the show’s quirky host, The Gazillionaire, who also received his very own namesake street sign and a key to the Strip. The show itself features awe-inspiring acrobatics and flexible feats of strength, performed on an intimate round stage. The acts are amazing and the jokes will make you blush.
Wynn Las Vegas
Wynn Las Vegas offers a dinner and show package starting at $206 per person for Allegro and a performance of the aquatic sensation, Le Rêve – The Dream. Dinner and show packages are also available for Jardin and The Buffet.

Located just steps from the theater entrance, Allegro offers Italian-American favorites from Executive chef Enzo Febbraro in an ambient dining room with a wood-burning oven. A three-course, all-inclusive dinner menu with sommelier wine selections rounds out a lovely evening of dining and entertainment. Choices include Nuschese, Pinot Grigio Banfi or Chianti Classico Riserva (wine); Caesar Salad, Eggplant Parmigiana or Housemade Meatballs (first course); Baked Lasagna Napoletana, Chicken Parmigiana or Grilled Salmon (second course); and dessert.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
What could be better than dinner and a show? Dinner and a show … and another show. Starting at $184, the pre-show dinner menu at Rose.Rabbit.Lie. at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is available Wednesdays to Sundays, followed by quick VIP entry to Opium. On Wednesdays to Saturdays, dinner is accompanied by live entertainment.

Described as a modern supper club with surprising twists, Rose.Rabbit.Lie. at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas offers a prix fixe three-course dinner served alongside spontaneous performances by musicians, vocalists and dancers, including a tap dancer, break dancer and pop-and-lock robot. The pre-show Opium menu includes an amuse bouche of caviar tacos followed by your choice of Wagyu Steak Tartare, Roasted Beet Salad, Shrimp Cocktail, Braised Heirloom Kale or Crab Louie (first course); Roasted Chicken, Shrimp Scampi or Beef Tenderloin (second course); and dessert. Though cocktails are not included, you may still want to check out the restaurant’s hidden study, a bespoke cocktail destination.

Take a weird and wacky ride aboard the spaceship OPM 73 from Uranus to Las Vegas, during Opium, an eclectic space-age show from Spiegelworld, the creators of Absinthe. Featuring in-flight entertainment from laugh-out-loud, out-of-this-world performers including a sword swallower, a hula-hooper and a juggler, this interplanetary, adults-only revue at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas also boasts the quirkiest cocktail menu this side of the solar system, created by Mixologist Mariena Mercer. Cocktails include drinks in a bag known as Spocktails as well as a light blue interpretation of a Moscow Mule and the Kiss My Asteroid cocktail with peach nectar vodka, champagne and a galactic garnish of Pop Rocks.
