The First Stateside Armani/Casa Residences

Gil Dezer and Jorge Perez are at it again, working on another development that is the first of its kind in Sunny Isles— an Armani Casa building. It is an exclusive partnership between Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Dezer Development and Related Group. The project is for a 60-story high rise with 260 residences by architect César Pelli, known for the World Financial Center in New York, and Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur.

President and CEO of Armani group, Giorgio Armani himself said, “Armani/Casa was born from my desire to see my design aesthetic at work in interior spaces. On a project like this, where we have the benefit of partnering with a talented architect like César Pelli, we get the opportunity to create something really very special – a remarkable living space, imbued with the spirit of modern elegance.”  

The project fits well into Armani/Casa’s existing portfolio of residential properties in the world’s best destinations including the Macka Residences in Istanbul, Turkey; The World Towers in Mumbai, India; and Century Spire, in Manila, Philippines.
