Paul Freeman
This real estate tycoon was born and raised in A-town and is currently a managing partner for the Atlanta-based SR Hotel Development. For the past 25 years, Paul Freeman has been a pioneer in luxury real estate and a key figure in the development of several luxury residents and hotels throughout the South. Freeman is currently the lead developer at The St. Regis Residences in Atlanta, the luxury residences that occupy the top 15 floors of the five-star St. Regis hotel. Each residence features views of the Atlanta skyline, and includes a separate entrance, parking, and elevators that arrive directly to each resident’s personal foyer. The interiors feature only the best in design, amenities, and state-of-the-art technology. Freeman has successfully capitalized on the increased amount of families who want to reside in turnkey hotel-style living, making him the premier real estate developer in the city.
Because Freeman has lived in Atlanta his entire life, he has established himself as an expert authority when it comes to where to eat, sleep, and play in the city.
