Chocolate Gets a Little Sexier at Max Brenner

You already know that bald is sexy, right? Now combine it with chocolate and you have one sinful treat. On Aug. 5, Max Brenner, Chocolate by the Bald Man, brings the combination to the Forum Shops at Caesars with a two-story chocolate restaurant.

“Chocolate is not just about taste. It’s a symbol of different aspects in our lives of romance, of sensuality, of decadence. These aspects actually create the new chocolate culture of Max Brenner,” says Max Brenner, innovator and creator of this new chocolate culture.

Already a worldwide phenomenon, Max Brenner, Chocolate by the Bald Man, has spread its culture to the United States with its online shop and locations in New York City and Philadelphia. The new 9,400-square-foot chocolate emporium at the Forum Shops features white vats mixing chocolate into the chocolate pipes that run throughout the entire space. Guests are put in the mood with a cornucopia of chocolates in huge bricks, candles, pralines, colorful toy tins and crates filled with cocoa beans.

Founder Brenner became a chocolate lover while working on a novel. He worked as an apprentice alongside world-renowned pastry and chocolate experts such as George Maushagen in Germany, Fauchon in Paris and chocolatier Michelle Chaudun.

Some of the biggest names in Hollywood have already caught on to the Max Brenner craze, including Tina Fey, John Travolta and Paula Deen.

But you’ll have to wait until August to experience this sinful combination for yourself. For now, you can get excited by visiting the Web site or purchasing his cookbook, Chocolate: A Love Story: 65 Chocolate Dessert Recipes from Max Brenner’s Private Collection.
