Masterminds Elizabeth Halfpapp and Fred DeVito present Exhaleʼs Core Fusion Cardio Class, a well developed 60-minute routine to generate maximum calorie burn. The muscles in your legs, abs, and glutes will refine for a trot along the sands of South Beach in no time. According to Elizabeth, the class is “a cardio workout that avoids overdeveloping or bulking one group of muscles (most traditional cardio classes overdevelop the thighs)…this class gives you long lean thighs and high butt with a cardio work-out.”
Donʼt lose your socks, as all Fusion classes require covered pedis. The Core Fusion Cardio Class is currently offered three times a week at the midtown location. For a more private cardio-burning experience, the class is also offered privately. Stay for a relaxing treatment at the luxury spa, such as Body Enlightening, a Cool Beam Facial or Scalp and Hand Massage.
