From the Raleigh in Miami which exudes an unmatchable retro-chic vibe to the Chateau Marmont in LA which has been the home to many an A-lister’s indiscretion, his properties continue to retain their place at the top of the list of What’s Haute. Balazs was spotted on Tuesday perusing the interior of the Chelsea Hotel in Manhattan. The rumor mill has this haute hotelier running the operations and renovations of the glitzy locale, which is known far and wide as a rest stop for rare individuals.
