The first, The Benjamin, is what you’ll be spending for this libation, which uses three extra añejo (or “ultra-aged”) tequilas: Patron Burdelos, Herradura Selection Suprema and Partida Elegante, as well as Grand Marnier Cuvee du Cent Cinquentanaire, 100% organic agave syrup, fresh lime juice and Louis XIII cognac to float, blood orange caviar and edible gold rim salt. The second is The Grant margarita, which is served in a crystal glass with red citrus salt and a gold dusted dried pineapple slice, and is made with añejo tequila, mandarin Napoleon liqueur, fresh lime juice and orange agave nectar.
