Billionaires’ Row will be getting a new addition quite soon. According to the New York Times and city records, an undisclosed buyer just purchase the entire 79th floor of 432 Park Avenue.

The unidentified buyer paid a whopping $59,144,631.66 and was repped by Noel Berk of Engel & Volkers New York City, a private luxury real estate service that provides its clients with “guidance through the apartment search and purchase process team approach that brings an ‘around-the-clock’ vigilance to all aspects of marketing and attention each property needs.” The estimated monthly carrying charges total $32,289.

Boasting 8,055 square feet, the apartment includes seven bedrooms, eight full baths, and two powder rooms. There are 12.6-foot ceilings and 10-by-10-foot windows. Even better, as in all of the residences, there is a private elevator landing.

432 Park Avenue is touted as the tallest residential building in the western hemisphere. Located between 56th and 57th street, it features an abundance of plush amenities. Residents have access to 30,000 square feet of private amenities such as a porte cochère, screening room, lounge, restaurant, an outdoor terrace, gym, billiards room, pool, spa and message therapy room.

The building was designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects alongside executive architects SLC Architect., and it was developed by Macklowe Properties and the CIM Group. Interior designs were handled by Deborah Berke Partners, Bentel & Bentel, Rafael Viñoly Architects, Lilla J. Smith, and Harry Macklowe.

If you would like to purchase a residence in the tallest building in the western hemisphere, there are a plethora of apartments still available. Many of the residences that are currently available feature three to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms.
