Former Real Housewife of Miami, and wife of popular cosmetic surgeon Lenny Hochstein, Lisa Hochstein, will be hosting a very special event at Jason of Beverly Hills’ Miami Design District boutique on Thursday, August 20th. The party will be in support of RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, a group that must be near and dear to Lisa’s heart.

After all, Lisa and Lenny struggled publicly to have a child for over five years before having to get a surrogate which gave birth to a healthy baby boy named Logan Marc in July, officially making her a mommy.

But it wasn’t an easy road for the doctor’s wife. “It was a nightmare,” said Lisa, about finding the perfect surrogate. She also added that the idea of not carrying her own baby made her “uncomfortable.” “I want to make sure their heart’s in the right place. It’s so important to be compatible.”

Lisa will host the cocktail with jeweler Jason Arasheben and a percentage of the sales will go to RESOLVE.

Jason is not only the owner of the boutique, which has an original location in Beverly Hills, but also the designer of the unique pieces the boutique sells. Sure there are diamond-encrusted pendants with the usual hearts and crosses, but there are also skulls, guns, butterflies and we’ve even seen razor blades and sarcophagi with little mummies within. Not to mention outrageous custom pieces that have made the jeweler a go-to for pop stars and athletes.

In addition to the custom pieces he makes for clients like Iggy Azalea, Jennifer Lopez, John Legend, Madonna and Rihanna, Jason has done some pretty interesting collections. This includes his Pretty Woman-inspired ruby necklace valued at over $500,000. See it here.

The opening of his Miami location drew the city’s shop-a-holics to it’s boudoir-style boutique including Christina Getty and more. The collection of jewels, that includes Swiss-made timepieces with floating diamonds, is ever-changing and wholly original—a very valuable commodity in Miami where everyone wants to stand out.
