On June 26th, LastFortune International Group and Chateau Group, two of South Florida’s most distinguished luxury real estate developers, hosted an ocean-side soiree in celebration of the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach sales lounge grand opening. The evening featured an exceptional live performance by Argentine jazz pianist Raúl di Blasio. In attendance were co-hosts Edgardo Defortuna, founder of Fortune International Group; Manuel Grosskopf, principals of Château Group; as well as Bernardo Fort-Brescia, founding principal of Arquitectonica.
The gala took place at the newly-constructed sales lounge for The Residences at 15701 Collins Avenue. Guests paraded down the red carpet and greeted by a presentation of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2004. One of the many highlights of the event was a special performance by the Grammy-nominated jazz pianist Raúl di Blasio, with vocals by Tomey Sellars, which took place in an chic and intimate candle-lit tent on the property’s beachfront.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences at Sunny Isles Beach were designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica and feature remarkable interiors by Italian designer Michele Bönan.
