For a festive cocktail with a little kick, whip up a batch of Grapefruit Inferno. Concocted from smokey Mezcal and fresh grapefruit juice, it’s the perfect mixture of tang and heat that will please ghouls, goblins, and fairy princesses alike.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Mezcal
1.5 oz grapefruit juice (fresh)
.5 oz fresh ginger syrup
5 dashes of Hell Fire Bitters
2 oz Bohemia

Directions:
Build cocktail in a Collins glass and stir. Garnish with Jalapeño slices.

Ingredients:
â…” oz Herradura Silver
â…” oz Lemon Juice
â…” oz Lillet Blanc
â…” oz Cointreau
Spray of absinthe

Directions:
Spritz a little absinthe into a chilled coupe glass and set aside. Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice. Shake hard, strain into the chilled coupe glass, and garnish with a twist of lemon zest.

Nothing screams Halloween like pumpkins, and this seasonal cocktail created by the Whiteface Lodge definitely fits the bill. Featuring a blend of spiced rum, hickory syrup, and pumpkin puree, it’s sure to make you feel all warm and toasty inside.

Ingredients:
2 oz spiced rum
1 oz hickory syrup
Splash of lemon
Bar spoon of pumpkin purée

Directions:
Shake ingredients. Pour in high ball with club soda, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
