To celebrate the centennial anniversary of Beverly Hills, the city has come out with a cookbook celebrating the best eateries in town.

39 famous restaurants are celebrated in the limited-edition book, including Tinseltown staples like Wolfgang Puck‘s Spago and the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Now-closed fan favorite establishments like the Brown Derby Restaurant and Romanoff’s are also highlighted here.

The book also features classic photos and celebrity anecdotes including tidbits like Frank Sinatra’s favorite sandwich.

Recipes are also featured in the book, which was designed by Judy Kessler, including items from Scarpetta, M Cafe de Chaya and Fleming’s.

The book is available in limited supply at the Beverly Hills Conference and Visitors Bureau.
