Shanti (Compassion is Universal) celebrated its 39th year with a special evening to highlight its supporters. The evening drew over 500 guests from the Bay Area philanthropic community, it’s largest event to date!

Shanti is one of the very first community-based HIV/AIDS organizations in the world. Each year, Shanti serves over 2,000 people with Breast Cancer or HIV/AIDS.

Presented by Nordstrom and the Honorable James C. Hormel, U.S. Ambassador & Michael P. Nguyen, the evening began with a reception and silent auction, followed by dinner, live auction, and an inspiring program honoring those who have given their support to the community.
