2013 Michelin Bib Gourmand Award recipient Storefront Company (1941 West North Avenue) and Chef/Partner Bryan Moscatello are launching a new dinner series on February 5, 2013. The Discovery Dinner Party Series will be a series of experiential and educational dining events and will feature experts in food, wine and spirits hosting interactive dinners. They will wine and dine you in an intimate setting where you can really interact with the experts and learn more about their fields.
Three of Chicago’s six Master Sommeliers will kick off the series on February 5th at 6:30pm. Ken Fredrickson, Doug Marello and Fernando Beteta of Tenzing Wine and Spirits will host an evening of incredible wine, amazing food and great conversation focusing on the wine industry. If you like wine or are interested in learning more about it, the chance to get to know these industry leaders is invaluable.
This kick off event allows you the opportunity to sit back and relax while sipping some outstanding wines, while some of the world’s foremost wine aficionados answer any questions you may have. Being able to enjoy Chef Moscatello’s modern farm cooking is just an added perk. The Master Sommelier dinner will begin with a light reception, hors d’oeuvres and selections from the kitchen’s cocktail menu, followed by a five-course tasting menu that will be paired with wines from the hosting sommeliers.
