Forbes Russia has just released a new list of the county’s most respected, acceptable billionaires, including three high-profile men and one woman in the top four slots. Read on to find out who made the cut.

Forbes is known for ranking individuals based on assets and wealth, but Forbes Russia has just released a list that is based on personality seemingly as much as it is economic status. The list is an assessment of Russia’s “lease irritating, most respected billionaires” and includes three high-profile billionaire men and one billionaire woman in the top four spots.

Scoring first place on the list is former Chukotka governor and Chelsea soccer club owner Roman Abramovich, who reportedly has $13.4 billion in assets. RT reports that Abramovich received 27% of the votes from those polled, based on his “outstanding entrepreneurial spirit”. He is currently based in London.

Second place went to Russian presidential candidate and owner of the New Jersey Nets basketball team Mikhail Prokhorov who scored 23% of the vote. He is reportedly worth $18 billion.

In third was Rusal CEO Oleg Deripaska who garnered 15% of the vote. Despite losing a significant portion of his wealth in 2008, Deripaska is worth a reported $16.8 billion.

Fourth place went to real estate tycoon Yelena Baturina with 13% of the vote. She is the wealthiest woman in Russia and wife of former Moscow mayor Yury Luzhkov.

Investor Oleg Boyko received 12% of the vote for fifth place on Forbes’ list. His wealth comes from various businesses including perfume companies and gambling facilities.
