While many were waiting for the Super Bowl to arrive, many started their pre-bowl events all over the country. In Dallas, Texas, home of the much awaited Super Bowl XLV, the Players’ Wives Association hosted their 10th Annual Off The Field Fashion Show. The Players’ Wives Association is made up of the wives’ of former and current NFL football players. High fashion was highlighted by the fashion show that took place. Winner from Texas’ Next Top Designer, Abi Ferrin, was the one to provide the wonderful and stylish garments, worn down the runway by a variety of models. Guests were able to mingle with former and current NFL players, as well as enjoy cocktails, a live silent auction, and an award ceremony. A big name in attendance was former boxer, Evander Holyfield, who went to support the casue of the fashion show. The proceeds went to the St. Jude’s Reasearch Hospoital, a hospital who had deeply dedicated their efforts to help children everyday.
