The many bouts of snow got you down? Well, because New Yorkers are so ready and willing to traipse through the snow, our city has got quite a few warm-up options to offer. Be it a fabulous cup of hot cocoa, a relaxing and warm spa treatment, or a great gym class to get you all sweaty, it’s easy to get rid of the winter blues. Here are our top picks to keep you toasty this winter season.

1 Vosges Haut Chocolat

There is no chill that a great cup of hot chocolate can't cure, and designer chocolatier Vosges brings some serious gourmet edge to the childhood classic, (so you can drink your hot chocolate and feel fancy and fabulous). The store offers three kinds of "haut chocolat": La Parisienne Couture Cocoa is Madagascar vanilla bean pieces and dark chocolate, Aztec Elixir is ancho & chipotle chillies with some cinnamon, vanilla bean and dark chocolate and the Bianca Cocoa is Australian lemon myrtle, lavender, white chocolate and vanilla powder.

2 Calvisius Caviar and A Glass of Champagne

A little alcohol is all you need to warm up, and while you are sipping something bubbly, why not have a few grams of caviar on the side? Calvisius Caviar in the Four Seasons Hotel makes it easy to pop in, grab some delicious eggs and champers, and run out to make it to your spa appointment.

3 Rutabaga Soup at Seasonal Restaurant

There's nothing like a great soup to help you warm up. The Michelin-starred Austrian restaurant in Midtown serves up one of our favorite soups — the "Steckruben Suppe" made with rutabaga, rock shrimp and bone marrow is a fabulous mingling of flavorful deliciousness and sure to help you thaw on your way around the city.

4 Nino's Bellissima Luxury Pizza

Nothing says New York quite like a sizzling slice of New York pizza. So, do it up as luxuriously as possible! The 12-inch Luxury Pizza at Nino’s Bellissima will cost you $1,000. With eight slices to share with your closest friends, that's $125 a slice. Just a note, you have to call a day ahead to order the pie, because it's topped with specially ordered caviar. The pie is also topped with lobster, creme fraiche and chives.

Speaking of quintessential New York City foods, get hot with a serious hot dog. For just about $70, you can get a hot dog like none other in this city. Serendipity 3 may be best known for its sugary creations, but this hot dog will also get you excited.
